About
DesertedRoad Studios is the product of Joshua Davis, a freelance marketing strategist and web site developer. Since 1992, Joshua has developed web sites and online applications for companies of all sizes – small businesses to Fortune 500's, ministries and organizations. This site provides information about the company, its founder and the services DesertedRoad Studios provides. We have also provided a collection of our projects for your perusal.
History
In the early 90s and while he was in high school, Davis formed Jericho Systems, a computer consulting firm out of Ohio. While in college, the stresses of business, combined with class work, grew to be too much of a demand. In 2000, Joshua dissolved the company and sold the trade name to a new owner in Texas.
While Jericho Systems provided complete consulting services – hardware troubleshooting, software engineering and network administration – DesertedRoad Studios is strictly web-based media and application development. With Joshua's extensive knowledge and experience in graphic design and programming, online media and web application development was a natural fit.
Recognizing the needs of companies and individuals for a solid, marketable product, DesertedRoad Studios was birthed in 2006 to provide your company's information to your clients in a powerful presentation.

DesertedRoad Studios' founder, Joshua Davis, has worked in many aspects of print, web, marketing and interaction design. We offer visual design concepts ranging from simple to elegant; and, we offer a flexible design process. DesertedRoad Studios has experience in designing basic, informational web sites and complete web applications – we've worked with numerous hosting environments and service providers.
From planning to implementation, DesertedRoad serves it's customers throughout the complete life-cycle of their project. Joshua is experienced and has been proven successful in search engine optimization and marketing; he is accomplished in social media 2.0 marketing, as well.
